I stamped out the chameleon and a few leaves from the Toucan Do It stamp set and colored them with my alcohol markers. I kept the leaves true to color - a kind of olive green with some yellow at the tips - but I decided to make the chameleon blue and purple with some pale peach accents. Who says I can't, right?! Haha! Once my images were colored I die cut them with the coordinating dies.
I love the Pen Pals paper pad because the patterns and colors seem to go with everything! Even jungle critters! I cut down two of my favorite patterns and added them to the front of my card. I added a thin strip of gray cardstock as an accent piece to help transition the patterns.
I added the eaves and my critter as well as my sentiment strip onto my card and that finishes my project! Thanks for stopping by!
