I traced a circle die and stamped the hearts repeatedly using the circle as a guide to create a small wreath shape. I used dye inks and my Dove Blender pen to color them in.
Once they were colored I used my Versamark pen to color over the hearts and added some clear embossing powder. Once the powder is heat set it provides an awesome mask! And it's super easy! I grabbed some light gray ink and a stencil and added some texture to my background.
I trimmed down the edges and added my panel to a gray card base. Here's my process video!
