WOW! Embossing and LDRS Creative Collaboration Instagram Hop

I'm part of something SUPER EXCITING today! An Instagram hop for WOW! Embossing and LDRS Creative! Team members from both companies are combining products to bring you amazing projects! Make sure you hop over to Instagram for all the details!

I love embossing powders! Don't you?! They're inexpensive, easy to use, and come in SO MANY COLORS!

My first card uses the Large Flower Dies, Cosmos Bundle, Quilted Plaid A2 Coverplate Die, as well as the WOW! Polished Gold Embossing Powder and the WOW! Twinkly Fizz Trios. Make sure you check out my video for a pretty awesome tip for keeping your fingers out of the way when you're heat embossing!

I had some leftover flowers and decided to make a second card. This one came together SO quickly, and I love it SO much!! I die-cut a panel using the Quilted Plaid A2 Coverplate Die and arranged the Large Flower Dies on top of my panel. I cut a sentiment from the Large Word Spring Sentiments Dies and added two layers of WOW! Polished Gold Embossing Powder to create a beautiful and dimensional gold sentiment.

I added some Metallix Gel over the Eyelash Stencil and used pink embossing powder over the Big Hello Die from the previous release and finished off the card with a heart from the new Nesting Hearts die set!

Perfect Form

WOW! Embossing and Pink & Main Blog Hop

Hello, everyone! I'm so excited to be participating in the Pink & Main and WOW! Embossing blog hop! I LOVE when I get to mix and match and combine companies! And I ADORE WOW! embossing powders! There are so many colors and different finishes! From opaque to glitter ... even powders that puff when they're heated! How awesome is that!

Let's jump in to what I've made!

I used products from the new October release from Pink & Main! I am in LOVE with the Bowtiful stamps! It's a whole stamp set of solid bows! I've shared my secret before ... but I'll share it again! I really do NOT like to color! I much prefer solid stamps so that I can use pretty embossing powders! I paired the Bowtiful stamp set with the new Gift Bag Dies set! I've always wanted a gift bag die set! And this one is the CUTEST!!

I made a little gift bag and card set! I decided to use three different colors of embossing powders from WOW! embossing - Bluetiful, Copacabana, and Fool's Gold glitter embossing powder. I love how well these three colors go together! I used the little bow image to cover up my card base and used the Bluetiful embossing powder to give them some color. I embossed the large bow image with Fool's Gold embossing powder and die cut it with the Bowtiful coordinating dies. I added a sentiment strip that I embossed with the Copacabana powder!

I just LOVE how glittery that Fool's Gold powder is!

I wanted to make a matching gift bag, so I used the same three powders and a similar layout. I die cut the main bag die piece twice and stamped the sentiment in the middle and embossed it with Copacabana powder. I stamped the two large bows and embossed them with Fool's Gold powder and covered the rest of the bag with the small bow image with Bluetiful embossing powder. The Gift Bag Die set comes with a bunch of small coordinating dies - including the little tag! I stamped a coordinating sentiment onto the tag from the Bowtiful stamp set and tied it on with some baker's twine!
