I used Deco Foil Transfer Gel Blanco over the Looks Like Rain Stencil and then used my laminator to transfer Hello Yellow Neon Enamel onto the design. I LOVE the pop of shiny, neon rain!

Simon Hurley create. | Neon Enamel Rain Drops
It's raining NEON!! I used the Simon Hurley create. Looks Like Rain Stencil and Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets for a rainy, but BRIGHT, card!
I stamped a few images from the Puddle Pals Stamp Set and colored them with Copic Markers and trimmed them out with scissors and added them to my card with foam tape.

ThermOWeb | Mother's Day Cards with Flock and Toner Sheets
Mother's Day is right around the corner and the Deco Foil Blossom Buddies Toner Card Fronts with Deco Foil Flock Transfer Sheets from ThermOWeb are PERFECT for Mother's Day cards!
These two cards have so much texture it's incredible! Let's start with the backgrounds. I like to start with my "wet mediums" that will take some time to dry so that I can work on the other parts of my card in the mean time. It makes me feel like I'm getting more done at once! Haha! I wanted to create some greenery to go with the Blossom Buddies Toner Card Fronts, so I grabbed the Leafy Greens Stencil from Miss Ink Stamps, sprayed the back with Pixie Spray, and used my Stencil Pal to spread Deco Foil Transfer Gel DUO over the stencil. I repeated the process on a second piece of cardstock so that I could make two cards at once and set the panels to the side to dry for a few hours.
You'll know when the Deco Foil Transfer Gel DUO is dry because it will turn clear and be only slightly tacky. Let's add some fuzzy texture! I placed a piece of Green Envy Deco Foil Flock fuzzy side down into the DUO Gel and ran it through my die cutting machine to Flock into the stenciled design. I LOVE the raised texture!

I used one of each of the Blossom Buddies Slim Line Toner Card Fronts for my cards. I foiled the rose buds design with Orange Sketch Brutus Monroe Foil Transfer Sheets and the bursting bouquet pattern with Lilac Deco Foil. I used Deco Foil Parchment Paper and placed the foil onto my toner sheets pretty side up and ran them through my laminator.
I wanted to add even more texture and Flock to my card, so I die cut frames using the LDRS Creative Slim Line Scallop Die Set from Sunshine Yellow and Think Pink Deco Foil Flock Transfer Sheets. Did you know you can die cut Flock just like paper?! I also cut the "happy" sentiment from the same colors of Flock using the My Favorite Things Happy Birthday Script Die.
I started adding the frames and the die cut sentiments with iCraft Ultra Bond Liquid Adhesive and then stamped and cut out small sentiment strips from the Pink & Main Spring Sentiments Stamp Set and added them on top with iCraft 3D Foam Strips.

ThermOWeb and Whimsy Stamps Collab | Slimline Die Cut Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets
Hooray! ThermOWeb and Whimsy Stamps are collaborating! I love both of these fabulous companies and I'm excited to mix them together! I made a Slimline Waves card with some Kooky Monsters and Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets!
Slimline cards are all the rage right now! And I've fallen head over heels in love with the Rina K Designs Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets! I paired them with one of my first ThermOWeb loves - Deco Foil Double Sided Foam Adhesive Sheets!
The Deco Foil Double Sided Foam Adhesive Sheets are my FAVORITE because they give dimension ( which I love ) and die cut so easily! Even through multiple layers. I used the Whimsy Stamps Slimline Waves Die for my slimline card. I love the little wavy windows! I wanted to give them some extra oomph! I removed one layer of the backing from the Double Sided Foam Adhesive Sheet and adhered it to a piece of heavy white cardstock. I trimmed the Foam Adhesive Sheet with the white cardstock into smaller strips so that I wouldn't have a lot of waste. Then I adhered Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets to the other side of the Foam Adhesive Sheet.
This is so easy to do! I removed the other backing piece from the Deco Foil Double Sided Foam Adhesive Sheet, trimmed a piece of a Neon Enamel Transfer Sheet to be slightly larger than my foam sheet, and pressed the Neon Enamel into the foam. There's no need to peel back the Neon Enamel Sheet as you would with Flock or Foil - just leave it there! And you'll have an Enamel covered Foam Adhesive Sheet ready to die cut! And let me tell you - this die cuts like butter! Even with the heavy cardstock, the Foam Adhesive Sheet, and the Neon Enamel on top! I repeated this process with each of the 4 colors of Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets and then used the Whimsy Stamps Slimline Waves Die to cut the windows from each of the colors of Neon Enamel. I used the Whimsy Stamps Slimline Waves Die to cut out a piece of regular white cardstock and used iCraft Ultra Bond Liquid Adhesive to adhere the frame onto a slimline card measuring 8.25" x 3.25". Then - just like a puzzle - I pieced the Neon Enamel Sheets covered Foam Adhesive Sheet "windows" into the frame with iCraft Ultra Bond Liquid Adhesive. The frame is glued straight down, but because I used the Deco Foil Double Sided Foam Adhesive Sheets for the Neon Enamel the "windows" are slightly raised.
Now it's time for what goes on top! I stamped out some cutie monsters from the Whimsy Stamps Kooky Monsters Stamp Set and colored them with Copic Markers. I built my sentiment from the Whimsy Stamps You're Too Kind Stamp Set by stamping the smaller words with black ink and the large "friend" with Rina K Designs Neon Electro-Pop Orange Glow Ink. I giggled when I stamped out the sentiment. I hope we all have that special friend who is silly and maybe a little bit inappropriate at times. I sure do! I trimmed out the sentiment and the little monsters and added them to the front of my slimline card with Gina K Designs White Foam Squares.

ThermOWeb // Neon Glitz and Enamel Easter Peep Cards
Hi!! Easter will be here in a few short weeks and what better way to celebrate than with the Rina K Designs Neon Glitz Glitter Gels and Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets from ThermOWeb!? Throw some Deco Foil Transfer Gel Blanco in the mix and you've got some FABULOUSLY happy Easter cards!
I only intended to make one card using strips of paper, but I had so much left over that I made three cards! And I still have a bunch of scraps left over! What's even better is that I made all three cards from the individual backgrounds that I made. I love finding ways to use backgrounds creatively.
When I'm using what I call "wet mediums" such as Neon Glitz Glitter Gels and Deco Foil Transfer Gel Blanco I like to start with the backgrounds and as they dry I work on the rest of my project. For these cards I created two backgrounds with Neon Glitz Glitter Gel and two backgrounds with Deco Foil Transfer Gel Blanco. I sprayed the back of the Four Point Stars Stencil from Pink & Main with a light coating of Pixie Spray and temporarily adhered the stencil onto an A2 sized piece of white cardstock. I used a Stencil Pal to spread some Hello Yellow Neon Glitz Glitter Gel over the stencil onto the cardstock. I removed the stencil, washed it in the sink, and placed it over another piece of white cardstock and used my Stencil Pal to spread some Orange Glow Neon Glitz Glitter Gel over the stencil. I used the same stencil again to add Deco Foil Transfer Gel Blanco to two additional pieces of cardstock and set all four pieces aside to dry.
I have found that when I'm using "wet mediums" it's best to apply more of the product over the stencil than you think you'll need and use the Stencil Pal to spread an even layer and add the excess back into the jar. This helps in getting even coverage. I do want to mention that I absolutely do not waste the extra product. I had a viewer mention that they feel it's a waste to spread extra product over a stencil, so I added a few little tips to my video showing how I conserve my precious Glitz Glitter Gels and Deco Foil Transfer Gels!
While my four backgrounds were drying I stamped my cute peeps using Rina K Designs Neon Electro-Pop Inks. I used the My Kind of Peep stamp set from Simon Says Stamp. I realized after I completed my cards that this stamp set is retired, but there are plenty of Easter Peep stamp sets on the market. Use what you have! I wanted to have ombre style peeps, so I used the whole rainbow of Rina K Designs Neon Electro-Pop Inks! I stamped the Peeps with the lightest ink color once, then re-inked with the next color of the rainbow - but only part of the Peep and stamped again. And then I inked just the bottom portion of the Peep with the darkest color of Neon Electro-Pop Ink and stamped a third time. This stamp set comes with an outline for each Peep, so I stamped that with a crisp black ink. And boom! Rainbow, ombre, NEON PEEPS!
It didn't take long for my four backgrounds to dry - just an hour or two, but you could leave them to dry overnight if you wish. I do all the time! I trimmed a piece of a Poppin' Pink Neon Enamel Transfer Sheet and placed it shiny side up over one of the Deco Foil Transfer Gel Blanco backgrounds and ran it through my HOT laminator with a piece of parchment paper as a carrier sheet. I did the same with a piece of Screamin' Green Neon Enamel Transfer Sheet. When I peeled back the Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets I had a fun stenciled background with a gorgeous candy coated enamel finish!
I took all four backgrounds and trimmed them down into 1/2" strips. And yes .... I held my breath the whole time! Haha! I love to do this "paper weaving" technique and I thought it would be especially fun to do it on an Easter card since it makes the background look like a basket! And it's a great way to incorporate a BUNCH of color into a background. I placed 6 strips of the stenciled backgrounds vertically onto my table. I didn't follow rainbow color order. Instead I alternated the types of background strips between Neon Glitz and Neon Enamel. Then I used another background strip and placed it horizontally on top of the vertical strips. I moved the horizontal strip so that it was "weaving" going over one vertical strip and under the next - and over and under and over and under. It's much easier to see in the video! I repeated this process with 5 additional strips of the background pieces until I had a whole background piece. I found it was easiest to use little bits of iCraft Ultra Bond Liquid Adhesive along the way to keep my strips in place.
I had so many strips left over that I decided to show you some simpler backgrounds. I placed a few strips horizontally on a piece of cardstock and used Gina K Designs White Foam Squares to pop them up onto my card. I also created a third background with vertical strips which I glued down with iCraft Ultra Bond Liquid Adhesive.

ThermOWeb // Neon Flock Week - Orange Glow
Hello! Welcome to Neon Flock week with ThermOWeb and Rina K Designs! The new Neon Flock Transfer Sheets pack a gorgeous neon punch and are perfect for all kinds of bright projects! I'm using Orange Glow Neon Flock Transfer Sheets along with some other Orange Glow Neon products to make a yummy summery orange card!
I was totally inspired by an orange popsicle for this card! I wanted to really make the Orange Glow color pop and have it be the focal point of my card. What I really love about the Neon Collection from Rina K Designs is that all of the products (Electro-Pop ink, Flock Transfer Sheets, Enamel Transfer Sheets, and Glitz Glitter Gel) are all bright and vibrant, but are slightly different in color and you can really see it on this card! The Electro-Pop Ink is lighter than the Enamel Transfer Sheets, which is lighter than the Flock Transfer Sheets, but they are all that GORGEOUS Orange Glow color! I took advantage of the slight variations in color so that I could "stack" the Electro-Pop Ink, Flock Transfer Sheets, and Enamel Transfer Sheets on top of each other without all the colors running together!
I started by creating my striped background. I love using iCraft Easy Tear Tape to create backgrounds because there's no drying time! I'm an impatient crafter, so double sided adhesives are my best friends! I used 1/2" iCraft Easy Tear Tape and added stripes to my card base at 3/4" increments. I left the adhesive backing in place and inked the stripes between the tape lines. I did this before adding the Flock Transfer Sheets so that if I made a mistake and got ink where I didn't want it I could just wipe it off of the backer sheets instead of having it permanently on my Flocked stripes. I did a direct to paper technique - just used one of the flat edges of the Orange Glow Electro-Pop Ink to swipe some yummy Orange Glow ink onto my card between the iCraft Easy Tear Tape stripes.
The Electro-Pop Inks are dye inks so there is little to no dry time (another bonus for me! haha!!) After I applied the Orange Glow ink stripes I removed the backing from the iCraft Easy Tear Tape and added a piece of Deco Foil Orange Glow Neon Flock Transfer Sheet flock side DOWN into the adhesive and ran it through my die cutting machine. When I peeled back the Flock backer sheet I had such pretty Orange Glow textured and flocked stripes mixed with the Orange Glow Electro-Pop ink stripes!
I wanted to keep the focus on the Orange Glow Neon Flock stripes, so I added some simple elements onto my background using Deco Foil Double Sided Foam Adhesive Sheets. For the leafy element I added heavyweight white cardstock onto a piece of a Foam Adhesive Sheet and die cut it with the Leaf Canopy die from Altenew. What's great about these Foam Adhesive Sheets is that they are double sided, so all I had to do to adhere the leafy element to my card was peel away the backing and adhere it to my card. The adhesive is strong and will hold tight to the Neon Flock stripes. I used another piece of a Foam Adhesive Sheet and added a piece of an Orange Glow Neon Enamel Transfer Sheet on top and die cut it with a "thanks" die. Even though this die is fairly intricate you can see how BEAUTIFULLY the Enamel Transfer Sheet and Foam Adhesive Sheet die cut! I finished the card by adding the "thanks" die cut sentiment to the center of my card. I hope you love this yummy creamsicle inspired card using Rina K Designs Orange Glow products as much as I do!

ThermOWeb and Rina K Designs Instagram Hop // Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets with Foam Adhesive Sheets
Hi! I'm back with more Rina K Designs Neon Electro-POP inspiration for you! This time I'm pairing three of my favorite things - Rina K Designs Neon Glitz Glitter Gel, Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets, and Double Sided Foam Adhesive Sheets!
It seems like I'm always saying that I can't pick a favorite color from the Rina K Designs Neon Electro -POP lineup! I wanted to play with the Neon Glitz Glitter Gels and really see what they look like as full stenciled backgrounds. Might as well do all the colors, right?!
I sprayed the back of the Pink & Main Petals Stencil with Pixie Spray and temporarily adhered the stencil onto a piece of white cardstock. I used a Stencil Pal to spread some of the Neon Glitz Glitter Gel over the stencil and then peeled back the stencil to reveal the glittery neon goodness! I used a baby wipe to wipe away the extra Neon Glitz Glitter Gel and placed the stencil onto another piece of cardstock and spread on another color of the Neon Glitz.
These backgrounds are just PERFECT! They remind me of summer! I set them aside to dry while I worked on the rest of the pieces for my project. Glitz Glitter Gel doesn't take long to dry - another reason to love this product! My backgrounds were ready to go in about an hour!
I'm completely head over heels in LOVE with the Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets! They are shiny and remind me of the hard candy coating on a gumball! There are so many ways to use them! One of my favorite products is the White Double Sided Foam Adhesive Sheets. These are great for cutting with a paper trimmer or die cutting. I've always loved using them with foils, but I think I have a new favorite product to use them with! The Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets! You should have seen my excitement when I die cut them for the first time! PERFECTION!
I wanted to die cut the Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets with the Pink & Main Heart Puzzle Die. I thought this die was a great way to mix and match all four colors of the Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets! I trimmed down pieces of Double Sided Adhesive Sheets so they were slightly larger than the Heart Puzzle Die. I removed one side of the backer sheet and simply placed one sheet of the Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets over the Foam Adhesive Sheet. Then I placed the Heart Puzzle Die on top and ran it through my die cutting machine. That's it! It seriously couldn't be easier! No need to peel back the Enamel Transfer Sheet when you use them with double sided adhesive. Nothing is more simple than that!
I die cut all four colors of the Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets with the Heart Puzzle Die and pulled apart the pieces and then (quite literally) puzzle pieced them back together to create multicolored heart puzzle embellishments! Every one of them is different, but similar! I glued them onto my backgrounds with iCraft Ultra Bond Liquid Adhesive. This adhesive is AMAZING! It holds tight onto textures like the Neon Glitz Glitter Gel backgrounds.
All that's left to do is finish off these cards with a sentiment. I thought about adding a white die cut sentiment, but I decided to go with black. I think the black and neons work together fabulously! I used the Pink & Main Thanks Dies and Hello Dies. I cut three times from black cardstock for each sentiment and stacked them together with iCraft Ultra Bond Liquid Adhesive and glued the sentiment to the center of the die cut heart puzzle. It seems like I'm always saying that I can't pick a favorite color from the Rina K Designs Neon Electro -POP lineup! I wanted to play with the Neon Glitz Glitter Gels and really see what they look like as full stenciled backgrounds. Might as well do all the colors, right?!
I sprayed the back of the Pink & Main Petals Stencil with Pixie Spray and temporarily adhered the stencil onto a piece of white cardstock. I used a Stencil Pal to spread some of the Neon Glitz Glitter Gel over the stencil and then peeled back the stencil to reveal the glittery neon goodness! I used a baby wipe to wipe away the extra Neon Glitz Glitter Gel and placed the stencil onto another piece of cardstock and spread on another color of the Neon Glitz.

The Neon Electro-POP collection for Rina K Designs from ThermOWeb has 4 stunningly bright neon colors - Poppin' Pink, Orange Glow, Hello Yellow, and Screamin' Green. Seriously these Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets are AMAZING! It's like enamel dots wherever you put the transfer sheets! It's just like hard, shiny candy! You can use them with Deco Foil Transfer Gel (Blanco OR DUO!), Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets, or Foam Adhesive! So many ways to use this new product!
I've used the Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets on a previous project for smaller embellishment areas and I loved it so much that I decided to use them for full backgrounds! The shine is INCREDIBLE!
I wanted to create full backgrounds with the Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets. I knew I would be using the Rina K Designs Sending Sunshine stamp set, so I picked out a stencil that would work with the tropical vibe of the stamp set. There are two mediums that you can use to transfer the Neon Enamel Sheets to a stenciled background - Deco Foil Transfer Gel DUO and Deco Foil Transfer Gel Blanco. It's best to use DUO Gel for light backgrounds and Blanco Gel for dark backgrounds. So far I've been playing with the Rina K Neon Electro-POP line on white cardstock, so I decided to go with bold, black backgrounds to really make the Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets pop!
I sprayed the back of my stencil with Pixie Spray and temporarily adhered it to a piece of black cardstock. I used a Stencil Pal to spread a layer of Deco Foil Transfer Gel Blanco over the top of the stencil. I should mention that in my excitement to play with these new Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets I got a bit heavy handed with my Stencil Pal. I could hit myself in the head! It's a problem I always seem to have! You want to apply the Blanco Transfer Gel evenly so that the Enamel Sheets will transfer smoothly. In the end I still think the backgrounds turned out fabulously! I let the Blanco Transfer Gel dry for a few hours. I trimmed pieces of the Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets to be slightly larger than the backgrounds and placed the Enamel Transfer Sheets over the Blanco Gel backgrounds. I set my laminator to the 5 mil setting and let it heat up until it was really hot and ran the backgrounds through the machine with a parchment paper carrier sheet.
I peeled back the Enamel Transfer Sheets from the backgrounds and I'm left with a hard shiny surface wherever the Transfer Gel Blanco was applied. LIKE NEON GUMBALLS!! I'm OBSESSED! I used the Rina K Designs Electro-POP inks to stamp and layer a bunch of flowers, leaves, and fruity images from the Sending Sunshine stamp set and die cut them with the Sending Sunshine die set. I love the neon on neon summer vibes! I layered up the images onto the cards using iCraft Ultra Bond Liquid Adhesive and Gina K Designs White Foam Adhesive Squares.
