ThermOWeb Live with Lynnea | Sweet Treats Card with Toner Card Fronts and Flock

It's Sweet Treats week on the ThermOWeb blog and I have a special project that I'll be sharing LIVE on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel TODAY at 11am CT/ 12pm ET!

There is a lot packed in to this (almost) monochromatic card! I did some foiling with a laminator onto a Toner Card Front, masking (with the NEW Pixie Tape!), ink blending, and that background is made up of Flock and Foiled strips!

I created my foreground panel with a Dainty Hearts Toner Sheet that I foiled, masked off the edges, and ink blended. I wanted to create a special background, so I used a couple of colors of Deco Foil and foiled a scrap piece of a Deco Foil Toner Sheet and cut them into strips. I also cut strips of pink and red Deco Foil Flock and added them to a piece of cardstock covered with an iCraft Easy Cut Adhesive Sheet

I die cut both background panels for an extra touch of something special and then colored my sweet images from the Pawsome Stamps Sweet Cupcakes Stamp Set and added them to the card

Be sure to join me LIVE on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel for the full tutorial! This was such a fun card to make!

ThermOWeb Live | Two For One Toner Card Front Backgrounds

I always get asked how I use left over Deco Foil and I'm going live on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel on Wednesday the 26th at 11am CT/ 12pm ET to show you how to easily get two cards with one piece of foil and a Toner Card Front

Deco Foil Toner Card Fronts are the easiest way that I know of to make two for one backgrounds! I was able to make two cards with one Toner Card Front and one piece of Deco Foil - and they look completely different!

I added some quick ink blending to a Rosy Days Deco Foil Unity Toner Card Front with Distress Oxide Inks and then buffed off the excess ink with a microfiber cloth. I foiled the Rosy Days Deco Foil Unity Toner Card Front with Gold Glitter Unity Deco Foil using my laminator and a piece of Deco Foil Parchment Paper. It's so pretty!

I never like to waste pretty things and the Gold Glitter Foil is my favorite! I grabbed a solid Deco Foil Toner Sheet and foiled the left over pattern from my Toner Card Front and now I have the reverse pattern with some black peeking through! You could foil the panel again with another color, but I really loved the black and gold.

I finished off the cards with a simple die cut sentiment. I hope you'll join me LIVE on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel for the full step by step tutorial!

ThermOWeb Live with Lynnea | Snowflake Cards with Unity Foils

Tis the season for sending thank you cards! I have an easy way to make four foiled snowflake thank you cards! I'll share my step by step process LIVE on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel on Wednesday the 5th at 11am CT/12pm ET!

I like to make clean and simple cards with a punch of something special and the Unity Transfer Foils are certainly something special! I LOVE that they glitter!!

The weeks after Christmas I am busy making and sending thank you cards, so any time I can make a two for one design I will! Cutting a panel in pieces is one of the quickest and easiest ways to make two cards from one panel. Plus it's one of my favorite designs!

I used a snowflake stencil along with some Deco Foil Transfer Gel Blanco and created both a white and black background. I thought the Deco Foil Unity Silver Glitter Foil would really POP on black and the Gold Glitter Foil would look best on white. I didn't even have to clean my stencil in between applications - I'll show you a little trick for that in the live tutorial!

I'll see you LIVE on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel on Wednesday at 11am CT/12pm ET for all the glittery, foiled, snowflake, mass producing goodness!

ThermOWeb Live with Lynnea | Love Card with Glitz and Laura Kelly

Love is in the air! Join me on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel on Wednesday December 29th at 11am CT/ 12pm ET for a love themed card featuring Laura Kelly Toner Sheets and Foils along with Glitz Glitter Gel

I have used the Laura Kelly Me & My Peeps Stamp Set for customized birthday cards, new home cards, Christmas cards...and now a Valentine's Day card! I love that the people can be colored however you like to represent whomever you want! I created a background using layering stencils with ink and Red Velvet Glitz Glitter Gel to be the backdrop for my cute little people.

I foiled a Laura Kelly Spotty Dots Toner Sheet with Flamingo Pink Transfer Foil and die cut a portion with a stitched heart die and added my Me & My Peeps characters on top with foam tape.

I hope you'll join me on Wednesday at 11am CT/12pm ET on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel for the full tutorial!

ThermOWeb Live with Lynnea | Plaid Holiday Card with Toner Sheets

I love finding ways to add a bit of glam to ThermOWeb Toner Sheets, so I decided to add some Glitz Glitter Gel to create a plaid pattern! Find out all the details live on the ThermOWeb YouTube channel Wednesday, December 1st at 11am CT/ 12pm ET!

There are a bunch of techniques and companies mixed and matched on this simple, yet glamorous card! I used Gina K Designs Radiant Red Fancy Foil to add foil to a Deco Foil Candy Stripes Toner Card Front and then created a plaid pattern by stenciling Gold Glitz Glitter Gel over the Miss Ink Stamps Candy Stripe Stencil

Isn't it so fun how you can turn a striped pattern into a plaid?! I just love plaid for the Holidays! I love how it can be classic or glamorous!

I wanted to have glam in my focal point too, so I transferred Radiant Red Fancy Foil onto a Deco Foil Toner Sheet and used the Pink & Main Stacked Snowflakes Die with the Trinity Stamps Big Joy Script Die Set to cut out my pieces from the foiled toner sheet as well as white cardstock.

Want to learn all the tips, tricks, in and outs of this card? Join me live on the ThermOWeb YouTube channel Wednesday the 1st at 11am CT/ 12pm ET! I'll see you there!

ThermOWeb Live with Lynnea ( AND JAX! } | Kids Ornaments with Glitz

I have a special project to share with you LIVE on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel this Wednesday, November 17th at 11am CT / 12pm ET! And I'll be joined by a special guest - my son, Jax! If you've joined me before you may have heard his sweet voice or seen his little hands pop into the screen. He's been wanting to craft live with me, so we're going to show how easy it is to create a set of ornaments with Glitz Glitter Gel

I'm going to be sharing tips and tricks for getting your kids involved in crafts for the Holidays! Jax has been crafting with me since he was almost 2 (he's 6 now) and he LOVES to make handmade gifts to give at Christmas (though he has informed me that these cute ornaments will be hanging on his tree this year!).

I created this quick set of tag ornaments, but you'll see just how easy they are to create with little hands when you join me live! This design is easily customizable. Jax's favorite colors are blue and green and he loves dinos! I used Turquoise Sea Glitz Glitter Gel for these samples, but who knows what color he'll pick when we're live!

I hope you're excited to come craft with me and Jax! He is SO excited to craft with all of you. We'll see you LIVE on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel on Wednesday at 12pm CT / 1pm ET!

ThermOWeb Live with Lynnea | Unity Ornamental Pines Bundle

Have you seen the Ornamental Pine Bundle from Unity and ThermOWeb? I'll be showing off the pieces in the bundle and making a card LIVE on the ThermOWeb YouTube channel on Wednesday, November 3rd at 11am CT / 12pm ET!

I love how easy it is to make holiday cards with the Ornamental Pines Bundle! This one incorporates a non traditional color scheme and shows off all the pieces of the bundle!

I used the Ornamental Pines Background Stamp both with and without the coordinating stencil in this project. The background of the card is stamped in a mint green ink and I used a tiny dots stencil from my stash with some White Glitz Glitter Gel for a snowy effect.

I stamped some additional trees in a variety of colors and used the Ornamental Pines Layering Stencil to add Deco Foil Transfer Gel DUO and transfer Silver Glitter Deco Foil Transfer Foil by Unity. Just look at that shine!

You'll have to join me live on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel on Wednesday November 3rd at 11am CT / 12pm ET for the full tutorial complete with tips and tricks! I'll see you then!

ThermOWeb Live with Lynnea | Using Autumn Products for Christmas

I am all about finding ways to stretch your stash. Join me LIVE Wednesday the 27th on the ThermOWeb YouTube channel at 12pm CT/ 1pm ET to see how I used some Autumn themed StampnFoil sets from Gina K Designs to make a Holiday card!

You'll have to join me live on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel for the full tutorial, so I hope these photos and quick overview leave you wanting more!

I wanted to stretch my Gina K Designs Graphic Sunflowers and Thankful Leaves StampnFoil sets to be more than just Autumn supplies. It was easy to make the sunflower and leaves into poinsettias with some stamping and Gina K Designs Fancy Foils! I mixed up my background and used a Paisley Dreams Unity Toner Card Front and some Ruby Red Deco Foil Flock for a traditional green and red colored background.

I'm so happy with how this card turned out! Be sure to join me LIVE on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel Wednesday the 27th at 12pm CT/ 1pm ET for the full tutorial! See you there!

ThermOWeb Live with Lynnea | Memory Game with Laura Kelly

Want a fun way to get your littles involved in crafting? How about a memory game! I had my son stamp and color some of his favorite Laura Kelly images and then we did a bit of foiling and die cutting to finish off the game cards. I'll be showing you how live on the ThermOWeb YouTube channel TODAY at 12pm CT/ 1pm ET! See you there!

This memory game activity was just a great bonding experience for me and my 5 (almost 6!!) year old. He has always shared my craft room with me and it has been fun to help him learn to foil. He calls foils tinsels and was excited to use so many pretty Laura Kelly "tinsels"

We kept to the basic colors of the rainbow and used different colors of Laura Kelly Foils with different Laura Kelly Toner Sheets. He wanted a fun shape so we die cut scalloped tag shapes from both white and colored cardstocks to match the Laura Kelly Transfer Foils.

I added some ink blending towards the bottom of each die cut Toner Sheet to match the foil and cardstock while Jax stamped images from the Laura Kelly Kindness on Purpose and Me & My Peeps Stamp Sets and colored them with Copic Markers. I helped him cut them out and then he glued them to the game cards.

I hope you'll join me live TODAY on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel for a step by step tutorial of how we made this memory card game! I'll be live at 12pm CT / 1pm ET. See you then!

ThermOWeb Bee Week | YouTube Live with Glitz Glitter Gel and Flock Transfer Sheets

I'm going live today on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel at 1pm CT / 2pm ET showing how to mix Deco Foil Flock Transfer Sheets and Glitz Glitter Gel with layering stencils with a cute bee theme!

Layering stencils are one of the easiest ways to mix and match mediums! Just put down one layer, let it dry, and repeat! In today's tutorial on YouTube I will show how I use ink, then apply a layer of Flock with Deco Foil Transfer Gel DUO, and finish off the background with Gold Glitz Glitter Gel

The focus of this card is definitely the background. It's so pretty! I used a small sentiment and images from the Simon Says Stamp Bee Yourself Stamp Set. They're super cute, but don't distract from the layered background.

Just look at all the texture! You definitely won't want to miss this tutorial! I'll see you on the ThermOWeb YouTube Channel TODAY at 1pm CT / 2pm ET!

In addition to the Unity Toner Card Fronts I'll be showing off the new Maker Forte Foil Transfer Sheets! I'll use the Sunrise Lake Foil! It's gorgeous!
