I LOVE all of the super cute baking themed stamps, papers, and embellishments in this kit! I made one card with each collection including one with the extra goodies in the Banana Split level (which by the way has my FAVORITE stamp set in the whole kit!).
I decided to kick off my video with a shaker card! It's been a long time since I made one and the sprinkle papers from the Cupcake Cuties collection by SFL and the matching sequin mix were just calling to me! I used elements from the first collection sketch number 4 to help me design this card. I love the little Baking Marci stamp set from La-La Land Crafts and I couldn't wait to color her with my real brush markers! Unfortunately, once I started coloring I had a terrible creative block! Does that ever happen to you? I think my problem was that I tried to use too many colors on one little image. You'll see in the video that my final image looks COMPLETELY different from what I started with, but it's all the same image. I didn't re-stamp her. I just kept coloring over with different colors or adding water and blotting up color. In the end I wish I had colored her dress a different color, but I still think she's super cute!
I used some stacking circle dies to create a frame for my shaker and backed it with that awesome sprinkle patterned paper! I love how all the patterns in the Cupcake Cuties paper pad coordinate together and the colors are just amazing!
Collection two has another little stamp from La-La Land Crafts - Baking Luca! I love that he's a little boy! And his chubby face makes him look like my 3-year-old son! And he LOVES to bake with me! I colored him with my Staedtler felt tipped markers and I after my mishap with my previous card (haha!) I stuck to just a few simple colors. And look how cute he is! I cut a mask from a post it note and inked up the die cut rectangle with some Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide inks.
I followed sketch number 2 to build my layout and followed the sketch just as it's printed. I can't tell you how much I LOVE the background paper! It's from the Baked with Love paper pad by Scrapping for Less. This collection has some creams, blues, and reds which are perfect for more masculine cards! I plan to have my son write in this card and send it to my mom who also loves to bake with him!
Can you believe how cute that little Lawn Fawn stamp is? It's included in the third collection and I've had the Cutie Pie stamp set for literally YEARS and have never inked it up! I've always thought it was so cute, but it keeps getting put on the back burner and I'm SO SO SO excited to finally color the pie! It's the cutest! I stamped it onto some cardstock and used Spectrum Noir markers to color it in!
I left all of my coloring in the video because this image is so small. I used simple 2 color blending for each area of the little pie and trimmed it out with scissors and added it to a recipe label by Darice from the third collection. I stuck the label sticker onto white cardstock and trimmed around it to leave a small white border. I used patterned papers from the Let's Bake a Pie paper pad by Scrapping for Less, some Kraft cardstock, and some Wild Cherry MFT cardstock and followed sketch number 1 to create my card.
I turned the sentiment from being vertical to horizontal because it looked better with my label shape. That rolling pin patterned paper has my heart! I love it so much! It killed me to cut it up! Haha! But it was worth it!
Collection 4 has some of my favorite items in this kit! The Cookies and Milk papers are to DIE for! I LOVE the kraft, white, and blue color combo! And the Cookie Mouse stamp set by SFL is adorable! The stamp set has a bunch of individual words so that you can create your own sentiment, but I was drawn to the "some days require cookies" because my mom says it all the time! I stamped and watercolored the mouse image - again keeping the colors simple! The back of the striped paper has some milk carton and cookie images that I thought were just perfect! So I cut them out and added one to each of the little mouse's hands!
Check him out! He's ADORABLE! I just want to squeeze him! I pulled together a bunch of patterned papers and some Kraft cardstock and put them together using sketch number 3. This one is probably my favorite just because I love that cute mouse!
As always - you'll get all 4 collections in the kit, but there's an option to "upgrade" to the Banana Split level and you DEFINITELY should! The SFL stamp set called Whisky Business is my FAVORITE! And you can only get it in the Banana Split level kit! In addition there is some diamond sugar dust, heart silver glossy dots, and an amazing Whisk and Rolling Pin die set from La-La Land Crafts!

I used one of the large pieces of cardstock and added blobs of Distress Inks large enough so that I could die cut the whisk from a rainbow of colors. I used Picked Raspberry, Candied Apple, Carved Pumpkin, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers, Blueprint Sketch, and Wilted Violet. I stamped and clear heat embossed the sentiment and glued the die cut whisks across my card (which measures 3.5 inches by 9 inches) in rainbow order.
This is one of my favorites that I made today! I've been obsessed with rainbows lately and sneaking them in to my projects wherever I can!
