What's better than all the Christmas cookies in the world? Not much! I used the Christmas Cookies Stamp Set from Pink & Main to create a full card of yummy cookies!
I love creating card backgrounds with small stamps. It's probably my favorite stamping technique! These cute little Christmas Cookies were calling my name! I stamped each cookie onto my card front using a stamping platform. I find it's easiest to create this kind of a background with a platform. That way I can arrange all of the larger stamps and stamp them all at once. Then I filled in with the smaller candy canes and mint candies and colored all of the Christmas Cookies images with alcohol markers.
There was a lot of empty space on my card - and while I'm a big fan of white space, there was something missing. I used the same green and red markers that I used to color my images and added dots in between the Christmas Cookies stamped images. Something as simple as little dots really helps to fill in the background and make the card look more complete.
