#letscreateandinkspire | 3 Cards 1 Kit July 2020 Card Kit

Hi! Welcome to the #letscreateandinkspire hashtag driven hop! A bunch of crafters have come together to create with and promote the very first kit from Create and Inkspire! I'm using the July 2020 card kit and the fabulous news is that it's still available as are some individual pieces from the kit! AND!! The newest kit for August 2020 has just been released as well! I love this kit! So many of the items in this kit are not easily "expendable" - there are two stamps and two stencils which have endless use! And the Nuvo Masking Fluid, Nuvo Shimmer Powder, and Trinity Gems last for a LONG time! I created three cards and hardly used up anything! Woo hoo!

I used the Nuvo Masking Fluid for my first card - a completely new product for me! And it worked beautifully! I stamped a flower in the center of watercolor cardstock, covered it with the Nuvo Masking Fluid, let it dry, and watercolored with the Nuvo Shimmer Powder! How easy?! And it's my favorite card, too!

I used the Clouds and Grass stencil to create a very simple scene and added some colored flowers from the Wildflowers stamp set on top. I finished it off with a sentiment strip from the Wildflower Sentiments stamp set and some gems!

I was inspired to make this last card by the sentiment - and my favorite color is rainbow! Haha! I blended a rainbow of inks over the Wildflower Meadow stencil and flicked on some black watercolor. A sentiment strip and gems finish the card!
