LDRS Creative | July Features Day 1 - A Day in the Park Slimline Card

Hello, hello! Can you believe it's the end of July already?! Crazy, right?! Myself and the rest of the LDRS Creative team are sharing all kinds of summery inspiration with you today and tomorrow! I used some old and new products to make a Slimline Corner Scallop card.

This card is so incredibly easy to make! I cut 1/2 inch strips of patterned paper using the Country Lane 6x6 Papers and covered a slimline card base with the strips. I cut a slimline frame using the Slimline Corner Scallop Die and adhered the frame over the patterned paper background.

I used the new A Day in the Park Stamp Set to create a cute little scene. I stamped out the tree, park bench, and the adorable girl with the dog with Raven Hybrid Ink, colored them with Copics, and then used the coordinating A Day in the Park Dies to cut them out. I set the scene with the Rainy Day Stencil and created some clouds with Marina Madness Hybrid Ink and grass with Prickly Pear Perfection Hybrid Ink. I die cut my scene using the largest die from the Scalloped Circle Frames Die Set and added a cute patterned paper frame from the Homemade Happiness 6x6 Paper Pack.

I hope you enjoyed this fun summer A Day in the Park inspiration! I have another fun card and video for you tomorrow! I'll see you then!
