Pink & Main // Floral Corners as a Background

I love to use my cardmaking supplies in more than one way, so today I'm going to use the Pink & Main Floral Corners dies to cover a whole background!

I am loving black and white lately! The contrasting colors just make me say WOW, so I knew I wanted to have a black background. But I needed it to sparkle! I sprayed a piece of black cardstock with some silver glitter. I cut the Floral Corners dies from white cardstock and arranged them onto my glittery background with liquid adhesive.

I needed the perfect coordinating sentiment and I found one in the Wildflowers Stamp Set (releasing soon!). I stamped and heat embossed it with white powder and trimmed around the sentiment with scissors. I added it to the card with foam tape and added lots of glitter to the sentiment strip so that it would match the glittery background.

I wanted the white card base to show a bit, so I trimmed off a quarter of an inch from the background and centered it onto a card so that I would have little peeks of the white card base on the left and right. That's it! This card is easy to mass produce in any color combo you can think of! See you soon!
