Gnomes, and Luck, and Clovers, Oh My!

Hello, everyone! Tis the season for everything lucky! The Lucky Gnomes stamp set and the Clover stencil from Pink & Main pair together so PERFECTLY I couldn't not use them together!

I decided to use the Clover stencil along with the new Mask It Oval stencil. I love this whole new line of masking stencils! There are a bunch of different shapes and lines etched in to the stencil so you know just where to position an A2 sized card! Fabulous! I lined up my card with the etched lines at the back of the Mask It Oval stencil and taped it in place. Then I added the Clover stencil over that and taped the two stencils together. I added green ink over the top of the two stencils with the Ergonomic Blending Brush. When I removed both stencils I have clovers stenciled in the shape of an oval! Yay!

I stamped two gnomes from the Lucky Gnomes stamp set and colored them with traditional colors and die cut them with the Lucky Gnomes dies. I wanted to have a big green sentiment, so I blended some green ink onto a piece of cardstock with an Ergonomic Blending Brush and then spattered on some black ink for contrast and die cut the word "lucky" with the Thin Alpha Dies. I decided to add some black paint spatters over the clovers, so I replaced the Mask It Oval stencil and added the paint spatters. I adhered the "lucky" sentiment with liquid adhesive and the gnomes with foam tape. I also stamped a coordinating sentiment from the Lucky Gnomes stamp set and added that with foam tape.

I finished off the card with a few green hearts from the Enchanted Garden enamel shapes set and added liquid glitter to the gnomes for sparkle! See you soon!
