Thank you for joining us on our LDRS Creative inspiration week blog hop!
Be ready for our Big, Big, BIG new collection! You can even see them in action with step-by-step projects by our amazing designers on their blogs and our own LDRS Creative Youtube channel (make sure you subscribe). And the fun part? It's already available in a local store near you! Don't you just love going to your favorite retailer to treat yourself with the latest LDRS release?!
Each of our four days will feature a new theme featured in this fabulous release. Day 1 is all about FLOWERS and more!
We know how much flowers can be versatile for any crafting project, so we added three full sets of stamps and dies. Whether you like coloring or layering with inks, our three new sets will definitely be a big hit in your craft room: Hydrangeas (with its coordinating die set), Cherry Blossoms (coordinating die set available!), Sunny Meadow - Petal Pusher (and the brand new concept of Petal Pusher die set!).
We also continued adding to our wonderful Basic dies line: At the Cloud's Edge Die, By the Light of the Moon Die Set, Up a Tree Die Set, Scalloped Circle Frame Set, Practically Square Frame Set, Garden Gateway Die Set, Garden Wreath Die Set. They fit with all of our products, so don't miss on them!
We also have some new things going on in the new Paper Product section, with a brand new all-in-one stencil called A Walk in the Park - 6x6 Stencil.
Simply use the list at the end of the post to keep hopping! We are giving away a $50 LDRS Creative gift card to two lucky hoppers! I'm so so so in love with the Sunny Meadow stamp set! It is perfect for all kinds of occasions! The large flower has three separate layers, there are little leaves and bees, and so many perfect sentiments! And though I didn't use the dies on this card, the new Sunny Meadow Petal Pusher dies are AMAZING! The dies will cut only certain parts of the flower so that individual petals push up from the cardstock! Don't worry - I'll have inspiration for the dies coming later!
I created a long business length card because I wanted to fit a bunch of the gorgeous layered flowers from the Sunny Meadow stamp set. I used a variety of LDRS Creative hybrid inks and stamped the flowers and the leaves across my whole card. Once I was done stamping the larger images I filled in with the tiny flower image in the Sunny Meadow stamp set. The stamp has three tiny flowers in a cluster, but I changed it up a bit by sometimes only stamping one or two flowers at a time until the white space of my card was filled.
The Sunny Meadow stamp set has so many GORGEOUS sentiments that I could have added to my card! But you have no idea how much I love the scripty "hugs" sentiment in the Cherry Blossoms stamp set! I stamped it and trimmed around the sentiment to make it a die cut sentiment and added it to the card with foam tape. I also stamped a small coordinating sentiment strip from the Cherry Blossoms stamp set across the bottom of the "hugs" sentiment to finish my card! I hope you've enjoyed this inspiration! Remember to leave a comment on my blog post and then hop through the rest of the team's blogs leaving comments along the way for a chance to win prizes!
