Pear Blossom Press Power Pack Blog Hop

Hey, everyone! I'm so excited to be a part of today's blog hop introducing The Pear Blossom Press Power Pack! This is SUCH a handy piece of "equipment" that makes light up cards a BREEZE!! Check out my video to see just how easy it is to use! No need to make a paper switch! It's super easy! Just run the copper tape from the light to the power pack - that's really it!! If I can do it I know you can!

Here's a little more info about the Pear Blossom Press Power Pack!

The Power Packs will be available three ways:

  1. Power Pack Kit (set of 3 power packs, batteries, copper tape, and 3 LED stickers) - $15.99 USD (this is what I've used in my video)
  2. Power Pack (3 units) (3 power packs with batteries only) - retail $9.99 USD (perfect for people who already have Chibi kits but don't want to make paper switches and battery holders)
  3. Power Pack (single unit) (1 power pack with a battery) -  4.99 USD
Make sure you head over to the Pear Blossom Press shop as soon as you're done watching my video and grab up a Power Pack Kit or two for yourself! In addition - Amanda from Pear Blossom Press has created an AMAZING video showing just how to use the Power Packs! You can find that video here

But wait! There's more!! Pear Blossom Press is offering free shipping on orders over $9 to customers in the US, or $5 off International shipping from April 27th through May 11th, 2019 to celebrate their grand opening! Just enter code FREEUSA at checkout to get free shipping the the USA or INTL5 for $5 off international shipping! And good news for customers in Canada! You'll be able to order kits from Kim Brown - Blyleven's Etsy shop. ( Note - The above coupons WILL NOT apply to her Etsy shop )

And it wouldn't be a blog hop without prizes!! We will be giving away Power Pack Kits to 10 randomly selected winners that comment on the blogs in the hop by 11:59pm PST on May 4th, 2019! Here's how it works - since this is a mega hop it is not necessary to comment on each blog in the hop. Instead you'll get one entry for every comment you leave. If you comment on 10 blogs you'll get an EXTRA 5 entries. If you comment on all 20 blogs you'll get an EXTRA 20 entries! So it's definitely worth it for you to check out all the blogs in the hop! (for more information please visit the Pear Blossom Press welcome blog post here!)

Now let's see my card!

At first glance it looks like a regular card. Don't get me wrong - it's pretty cute! I used the little astronaut and adorable planet balloons from the Pink & Main My Universe stamp set and colored them with my Spectrum Noir Triblend markers. I wanted to have a fun galaxy background, so I used some of the new Galaxy Foil paper also from Pink & Main.

Make sure you watch my video below to see exactly how I created my circuit! I wanted the planets to light up when you push the little astronaut's belly and I love how it turned out!

And did I mention that this is the first light up card I've EVER MADE!?!? It's seriously SO easy with these Power Pack Kits! Check out my video below and then make sure you complete the rest of the hop leaving comments along the way! Good luck!
