Scrapping for Less Sophisticated and Elegant Kit Reveal

Can you believe it!? I'm part of the Scrapping for Less creative team! I'm so excited! I've been admiring their Flavor of the Month card kits for some time now and I'm so excited to be working with my first one! This post is part of the release blog hop for the Sophisticated and Elegant kit, so after you check out my projects make sure you click through the rest of the team's blogs for more inspiration!

Sophisticated and Elegant? Well just what does that mean? To me it means I can dress up, be a girly girl, get all glammed up and go out on the town with my “Dapper Man”…of course, since I am a laid back at home kind of gal that doesn’t happen very often. So, take advantage of this elegance in this kit and make some very unique and different cards for those sophisticated, elegant friends that you have in your life! Join the Design Team and some wonderful guest designers as they share great inspiration for you. So join in and hop along with us! I know this unique kit won’t last long so head on over and grab a Flavor of the Month kit for yourself. Don’t forget the Rafflecopter over at the SFL blog. Thanks for joining us today.

The value of this kit is INCREDIBLE! It's like four kits in one! Five if you get the banana split level kit - which I highly recommend! You can click on the photos below to subscribe!

As if all the goodies aren't fantastic enough - Scrapping for Less gives you some sketches to help inspire you! Here are this month's sketches!

Ready to see the four projects I've created so far?! Get excited! I have a video, too!!

For my first card I used papers and ephemera from the first collection and the first sketch to help with the layout of my card. I filled the background of my card with stamps from the What if I Fly stamp set by Scrapping for Less. I used a coordinating sentiment on the flower which is from the Black Tie ephemera pack from Bo Bunny along with some polka dot glitter paper from Die Cuts With a View.

I am OBSESSED with the second collection! The Rustic Elegance papers by Scrapping for Less are GORGEOUS! It took me so long to make this card because I wanted to use all the papers! Haha! I used the second sketch for this card. I added a tag from Prima and a wooden doily embellishment as well as some of the pink sequins from the collection.

I always drool over the Gorjuss girl stamps from Santoro. This Sugar and Spice stamp set is the first one I've added to my stamping collection and I LOVE her! I colored her with some watercolor markers and added some white details using the gel pen that's included in the Banana Split level subscription. The papers are from the Fashionista line by Echo Park. I used the Bloom stamp set by Scrapping for Less to create a tone on tone background for my card and used a sentiment from the Puttin' on the Spritz stamp set from Scrapping for Less. This stamp set is also part of the Banana Split level subscription. See what I mean?! It's SOOO worth it to upgrade! I didn't even use every product in the Banana Split package for my 4 cards! Oh - and I used the fourth sketch for this card!

Who else struggles with masculine cards?! I avoid them most of the time! The fourth collection in the Sophisticated and Elegant card kit is all about the dapper man! I LOVE the Dapper Man stamp set and papers from Scrapping for Less! I used them and embellished with some Echo Park enamel dots to create this last card based on the third sketch for this month.
