Halloween Shadow Box

I've raved about the Lawn Fawn fall / winter release before...but it just keeps getting better! They released dies to make a little shadow box card! There are some seriously smart people over at Lawn Fawn!

Of course I had to make a shadow box card with the Costume Party stamp set! I made my box from some dark purple cardstock. Purple is my go-to Halloween color! I cut some custom inserts for my shadow box - I used the forest border die, a simple stitched hill die, and the grassy border die. I used two shades of green cardstock - lighter in the front and darker in the back - to add more depth.

I love how you can see different details every time you tilt the shadow box! I colored a bunch of candies, pumpkins, and kids in costumes! I really wanted to fill up this shadow box!

After I colored and cut out my images I added a bunch of clear shimmer from Spectrum Noir. I even added shimmer to the front of the box. I ran out of somewhere to stamp a sentiment, so I took a cue from one of the Lawn Fawn videos and I stamped my sentiment onto a strip of white cardstock and added it to the top of the box.

Thanks for joining me!
