LDRS Creative November Features | Dry Embossing with Coverplate Dies

I'm back with another background embossing technique! Yesterday I showed you how to emboss a background with a stencil and today I'm showing how to emboss with a coverplate die! 

It's just as easy to emboss with dies as it is with stencils! Just follow the instructions from the manufacturer for your die cutting machine!

I embossed my gold cardstock background with the LDRS Creative Modern Trellis A2 Coverplate and created a faux gift with a piece of patterned paper. I added a heat embossed sentiment from the Christmas Wishes Sentiment Stack and this easy card is finished! 

I don't have a lot of space in my craft room, so I don't own a lot of embossing folders. I hope that yesterday's and today's videos inspire you to create an embossed background with things you already have in your craft room!
