Sassy & Crafty | Sassy Girls - OMG!

Sometimes a stamp is just SO GOOD that you don't even need to color it! I created a fun plaid background and used an image from Sassy & Crafty on top! 

I created a background with strips of colored cardstock. I lined up strips of colored cardstock onto a piece of typing paper and then made horizontal cuts so that I had strips with lots of little squares. I lined them up and offset them onto a background. I love the effect! Looks like it took a ton of work, but it didn't! 

I really wanted the image from the Sassy Girls - OMG! Stamp Set to stand out, so I decided not to color it! I usually see this technique done with floral stamps, but why not people?! 

I stamped a sentiment onto a strip and trimmed the ends into a banner and added my image and sentiment with foam tape. I added a scattering of pearls to finish the card. Thanks for joining me!
