Pink & Main | Hello Lovely Friend

Hey there, lovely friend! This card is quick and easy and sure to brighten anyone's day! The hummingbirds from Pink & Main are beyond gorgeous! 

This card looks like a lot of effort went into it, but it's really just a bit of coloring and patterned paper! Perfect for when you need to send a card to a friend in a jiffy! I stamped a couple of hummingbirds from the Sweet Greetings Stamp Set and colored them with Copic Markers then cut them with the coordinating Sweet Greeting Die Set. 

I have a bad habit of hoarding patterned papers and the papers from the Fantastic Florals 6x6 Paper Pad are my FAVORITE! I chose a pretty background and started adding my images on top. I realized that as much as I loved the boldness of the background, the hummingbirds were getting lost. I decided to use a Stitched Circle Die to cut a piece of vellum and add my images on top. This dulls the background behind my images and keeps it bold across the rest of the card. 

I stamped a sentiment from the Sweet Greetings Stamp Set and trimmed it out with my scissors and added it to my card. I finished it off with a few Farmer's Market Enamel Dots. Thanks for joining me!
