Hey, Cutie Pie

Hey, Cutie Pie! I'm taking a little break from Christmas cards to break out one of my favorite Pink & Main stamp sets from last year - the Pumpkin Spice stamp set! I just love all of the little pumpkin treats!

I started by stamping out a bunch of the treats from the Pumpkin Spice stamp set with Versafine Onyx Black ink and heat embossing them with clear powder. I do this any time I want to watercolor because it helps me keep the color inside of the lines. I used my Gansai Tambi Starry Colors watercolor palette along with my regular Gansai Tambi palette to color in each of the images and cut them out with the coordinating Pumpkin Spice dies.

I wanted to have some cute patterned papers in the background, so I decided to mix and match some 6x6 paper pads from Pink &  Main. I used the largest die from the Reverse Scalloped Rectangle die set to die cut some peach patterned paper from the Back to Basics 6x6 paper pad. I also used a piece of the yellow plaid patterned paper from the Back to Basics 6x6 paper pad as part of my background and used a die from the Scallop Waves die set to die cut a dark blue pattern from the Sweater Weather 6x6 paper pad.

I arranged all of my images on top of my patterned paper background and stamped and white heat embossed a sentiment from the Pumpkin Spice stamp set to finish my card. Thanks so much for joining me!
