Today I'm showing off what I made with the Caffeinated Shark stamp set. I just love this little guy! And any time I play with him I have a certain shark song stuck in my head! Haha! I colored and cut one out for my 3 year old son and he runs around the house with his shark singing the song!
This card is SUPER simple, but it's one of my favorites! I just love how it turned out! I used the Pastel Dreams watercolor set from Prima and watercolored some basic circle shapes to create a background. I didn't let the watercolor dry completely, so you'll see I have some areas where there are blending of colors. I added some brown spatters over the top and added my shark with foam tape! The sentiment is from the Perfectly Blended sentiment set. It's perfect, isn't it!
I have a video for this card, so scroll just a bit further to see just how I made this card! I used a double stencil technique with Distress Ink, Oxide Ink, Oxide Sprays, pigment ink ... Haha I struggled a bit! This background did NOT turn out how I had envisioned it, but I LOVE IT! Everything evened and smoothed out and I think it looks pretty cool! And I love the seafoam colored shark!
