Stenciling with Gold Heat Embossing

Hello! I have a card and video using some Kindred Stamps products! I'm using the Up For An Adventure stamp set and Skinny Plaid Stencil again, but this time for a cleaner, more classic look! Remember to scroll to the bottom for my video!

I grabbed a panel of white cardstock and centered the Skinny Plaid stencil towards the bottom and pressed my Versamark ink pad through the stencil and embossed it with gold powder. I needed something to finish off the edge, so I pressed my Versamark ink onto some scrap cardstock and added gold embossing powder and trimmed off about a quarter of an inch strip to adhere to the top of my gold stenciling. I also gold heat embossed a sentiment from the You're a Scream stamp set. I'm seriously lacking in my birthday cards, so I'm making it a goal to make more!

I stamped the house image from Up For An Adventure and colored it with my Staedtler watercolor markers. I cut it out and popped it up on my embossed panel with foam tape. I trimmed down the edges of the focal panel and added some clear Spectrum Noir shimmer to the edges of my card for some extra sparkle! Watch my process video below!

Thanks for stopping by!
