Hello! I have a clean and simple card using the My Favorite Things I'm Owl Yours stamp set and Stitched Basic Edges Dies.
I wish you could see all the shimmer I've added! I tried so hard to capture it, but I just couldn't! I started by taking one of the Stitched Basic Edges Dies from MFT and impressing it into my cardstock over and over again using a tan embossing pad from Spellbinders. Rather than die cutting my cardstock I embossed it! I am loving this technique lately! I used my clear Spectrum Noir glitter pen and added shimmer along each line of stitching on my background.
I stamped out a few of the images and colored them with Stabillo markers and added quite a bit of glitter to them as well. I love the look of a white heat embossed sentiment on a black cardstock strip! So simple...but I love it!
