LDRS Creative | Alpha Stencils Shaped Card

Hey there! I’m playing with the Alpha Stencils and A to Z Sentiment Stamps from LDRS Creative to create an easy shaped card that’s full of sweet little details. I’ll show you how I built up the design with dual-toned ink blending, a stenciled background, and lots of tiny touches that make a big difference - like mini die-cut flowers and little butterflies flitting around the card. Ready? Let's go!

I LOVE that the Alpha Stencils are perfectly sized to fit on an A2 card front. They're great for mass producing A2 cards in a flash, but you can also cut the panels down with a trimmer or shape die. I stenciled the "A" with a couple of inks in the center of a panel and then cut it down with one of the Star Octagon Frame Dies. I cut a mat as well as a shaped card using the same set of dies. I added some additional ink blending over one of the Pattern Background Stencils on the mat to create some extra texture and layered these panels onto the shape card. The "always" sentiment from the A to Z Sentiments 5x7 Stamps is so versatile. This card can be used for anniversaries, weddings, or just to say "I'll always be there" to a friend.

From there, I just wanted to add some simple elements to pull everything together. I added a stem and some flowers from the Petite Petals Dies and some butterflies from the aLined Geos 4x6 Stamps to finish everything. That's it! Thanks so much for joining me!

LDRS Creative | Fuzzy Wuzzies Birthday Suit Add-On

Let's stamp a cute birthday card together! You know I love quick, easy, and colorful cards - and this one is no different! I’m using the adorably fun Fuzzy Wuzzies Birthday Suit Add-On Stamps and Dies from LDRS Creative to create a cheerful birthday card that’s full of snarky personality!

I used the largest die from the Delicate Stitches Scalloped Rectangle Dies to cut a piece of white cardstock. I love the small scallop pattern border! Here's a tip that I use every time I'm stamping - I like to lay out all of my stamps onto my card just to see the placement and how things will look at the end. I did that, and then used a handful of LDRS Creative Hybrid Inks to stamp the Fuzzy Wuzzy and a bunch of presents.

Once all my stamping was done, I used the Fuzzy Wuzzies Birthday Suit Add-On Coordinating Dies and cut out the eyes, beak, bow tie, hat, and the pieces for the hat. I used liquid adhesive to add the majority of the accents, but I popped up the party hat with foam tape for some dimension. I grabbed a gray card base that matched my Fuzzy Wuzzy and that's it! Thanks so much for joining me!

LDRS Creative | aLined Geos Valentine's Day Card

Sending a little love is always a good idea! Today’s card features the LDRS Creative aLined Geos Stamps and a playful mix of hearts in varying sizes. I stamped in bright pink and soft gray, with pops of black for contrast, creating a fun design that works perfectly for Valentine’s Day - or any day you want to share some love. With a bit of layered die-cutting and patterned paper, this card comes together super quickly!

Products used -

I cut a panel with one of the Star Octagon Frame Dies and used the square scribble stamp from the aLined Geos 4x6 Stamps to stamp a border along the bottom edge. From there, I grabbed a few different sizes of hearts and stamped them in a cluster towards the left side of the die-cut panel. I added a small sentiment and some accents as well.

I added another die-cut Star Octagon Frame and added them to a pattern from the Autumn Tails 5x7 Paper Pack. That's it! This card would be great for Valentine's Day, but it doesn't have to be. It works great for anniversaries or just because!

LDRS Creative | Monochromatic Card Tutorial

Looking for a simple card design that still has tons of dimension? In this video, I’m sharing how I created a monochromatic, one layer card using the aLined Geos Stamps and Chained Edge Die from LDRS Creative. This design is easy peasy, perfect for quick cardmaking and easy mailing, but still packs a punch with layered stamping, texture, and contrast. I chose shades of purple with pops of black, but this card is totally color-customizable - pick any color under the rainbow and make it your own!

Products used -

I used the Chained Edge Die to cut into a white card base and added a bit of ink blending with La La Lavender Hybrid Ink to color the edge. Then I grabbed the aLined Geos 4x6 Stamps and started stamping with a variety of purple inks and included some pops of gray and black. I like to start with the largest stamps and work my way down to the smallest. I find this is the best way to create backgrounds. If you go the other way, you may run out of room before you get to the largest stamps.

This card is completely flat, so it's perfect for mailing! You can switch up the colors to make a whole rainbow of notecards! There are even more sentiments in the aLined Geos 4x6 Stamps that would work, too. Thanks for joining me for this quick card!

LDRS Creative | 2 Easy Birthday Cards with Bold Color

Need a birthday card in a hurry? 🎉 Watch me create two vibrant, colorful cards using the Floral Reverse Background and Winding Celebrations Stamps from LDRS Creative’s Untamed & Unfiltered Collection. These cards are quick, easy, and full of bold color, with a touch of black spatters to add contrast and pop!

I stamped the Floral Reverse Background 6x6 Stamp onto the bottom of a panel of cardstock, keeping about an inch and a half of white space at the top. This is a pretty solid stamp, so you may need to stamp a few times to get a better impression. I love to add dimension with ink spatters - if you know me, then you know that's no surprise! I went with black spatters this time and accented the panel with a slim strip of black cardstock.

I finished off the cards with a sentiment from the Winding Celebrations 5x7 Stamps I stamped onto white cardstock cut with one of the Pinpoint Circles Dies. I added a layer of black cardstock with the Hand Torn Circles Dies and that's it! Thanks for joining me!

LDRS Creative | Postage-Themed Christmas Card

Looking for festive Christmas card inspiration? I've got you covered! In today’s tutorial, I’m taking an all-occasion card design I previously shared and giving it a holiday makeover with a fun postage-themed Christmas card!

I mixed together several LDRS Creative holiday products to create a layered card filled with postage rectangle die-cuts, subtle texture, and plenty of cozy Christmas charm. The star of the card is the most adorable ink-blended gingerbread man!

Products used -

The inspiration for this card came from one that I created a few months back. It has a similar layout, but with different background elements, and is all-occasion themed. I loved it so much, I wanted to give it a twist! I'll walk you through how I created today's card, but check out the end of my post to see the original card.

I used a singular image - the gingerbread man - from the Season's Greetings Postage Collage Layering Stencils as the focal point for my card. I blended him with inks and then cut out the image with the Postage Collage Dies. I stamped my favorite envelope from the Envelope & Postage Collage 4x6 Stamps, added some simple shading, and cut it out with scissors. I stamped one of the images from the Sealed With Christmas Wishes 4x6 Stamps with red ink and put it to the side with my other elements.

I pulled the card together with a gray background I stamped with the Distress Background 5x7 Stamp and some layers from the Mixed Postage Rectangle Dies. I finished off the card with one of my most-used sentiments of the year from the Me to You Holiday Sentiments 4x6 Stamps. That's it! Here's the card I drew inspiration from -

I hope this inspires you to look at your previously made cards and see how you can twist them into Christmas designs! Thanks for being here! See you soon!

LDRS Creative | Sending Thanks with Autumn Tails

With Thanksgiving almost here, I wanted to create a sweet, thoughtful card that’s perfect for saying thank you to your holiday host. I turned to the absolutely adorable Autumn Tails Stamps and Dies and couldn’t resist featuring the little fox and bunny tucked into a cozy pumpkin patch. This heartfelt “from me to you” is simple, sincere, and just right for sharing gratitude during the season.

Products used -

I stamped and colored a handful of pumpkins as well as a couple of critters from the Autumn Tails 5x7 Stamps with Copic Markers. I love how pumpkins come in a bunch of different colors, so I made some white, some yellow orange, and some darker orange. While I had my inks out, I stamped a background in gray ink with the Distress Background 5x7 Stamp as well as a sentiment from the Me to You Holiday Sentiments 4x6 Stamps. I used the coordinating dies to cut out the critters, pumpkins, and sentiment. I added the braided detail to the edge of a landscape A2 card with the Braided Edge Die  and cut a strip of green cardstock for the ground.

Now that all of my pieces are stamped, colored, and cut - it's time to put them all together! added the distress background to my die-cut card base, adhered the green strip to the bottom for the ground, and then popped up all of my die-cut pieces with foam tape. That's it! Now I have a special card to take to the Thanksgiving host tomorrow. Hope you all have a great day!
