Crafty Festival of Christmas - Snowy Snowy Snowman Card

Hey, everyone! Welcome to a brand new crafty event - the Crafty Festival of Christmas! A bunch of us crafters have come together and decided to bring you some crafty inspiration for the holidays every Friday from now through December 20th! How exciting! Each week we'll be crafting around a different theme and this week is all things snowy or snarky! I'm using the Gina K Designs Warm Winter Wishes card kit for my snowy card.

I wanted to add lots of snowy elements to my card so I started with the Snow Fall stencil from the Warm Winter Wishes card kit and some Hickory Smoke Distress Ink to give some small snowflakes all over my background. After that I used my MISTI and the Folk Art Snowflakes stamp set to add the pretty snowflakes all over my background with Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide ink.

I stamped, colored, and die cut the snowman from the Winter Hugs stamp set and added him to my card with foam squares. I just love all of the wintery sentiments in this card kit! I mixed up a printed and script sentiment from the Christmas Silhouettes and Winter Hugs stamp sets and stamped it below the snowman with Versafine Onyx Black ink.
