Simon Hurley create. | Honeycomb Background with Stamping Foam

I love how easy it is to create custom backgrounds with Simon Hurley create. Stamping Foam! This honeycomb pattern is from a silicone pot holder I found from my kitchen!

I heated my Stamping Foam with my heat gun for about 15 seconds and then pressed it into a silicone hot pad with a honeycomb pattern. I LOVED the pattern! I inked up the design with Guppy, Slippery When Wet, and Over the Moon Dye Inks and spritzed it with water and stamped the image onto a piece of Stark White Cardstock

I stamped some individual flowers and leaves from the Fresh Cut Flowers Slimline Peel-Apart Background Stamp as well as the little bee from the Flower Picking Friends Stamp Set and colored them with Copic Markers. I layered up my stamped background panel and added black spatters and adhered my florals with foam tape.

I stamped a sentiment from the Lovely Lantanas Stamp Set directly on the background to finish off the card. Thanks so much for joining me!
